I received my Ipsy Glam Bag for the month of October in the middle of the month and wanted to try all the products so I can talk to you about them. If you are not subscribed to Ipsy, let me tell you a little bit about it. It is a monthly subscription, that comes with five makeup products for you to try and see if you like them. Sometimes they can be travel size, and sometimes you'll get the full-size version. You'll get, asides of makeup, hair products, skin care, and of course nail polish.  Recibí mi Ipsy Glam Bag del mes de Octubre a mediados del mes y quería probar todos los productos que vinieron en ella para así poderles hablar un poco sobre cada uno. Si no tienes la subscripción de Ipsy, te voy a contar un poquito de que se trata. Es una subscripción mensual, que viene con cinco productos de belleza para que los pruebes y asi ver si es un producto que te gustaría seguir utilizando. Muchas veces, estos productos son tamaño de muestra, pero muchas otras veces puedes recibir el producto en su tamañ0 full-size, lo que basicamente te paga la subscripción. Además de maquillaje, puedes recibir productos para el cabello, cuidado de la piel, y mis favoritos, esmaltes. A parte de todo esto, todos los meses vienen con una carterita de maquillaje con el tema de temporada, y todo por $10 al mes. Si te gustaría probarlo te voy a dejar el link aquí. 




This month's bag is a beautiful lacey red bag with black details. The zipper handle is a cute bat, going along with the Halloween theme. I really loved everything that I got in it, of course, the number one thing I saw was a bottle of nail polish. I also got a pressed powder, an eyeliner, lip balm and an eyeshadow. I even got a bonus product! I will tell you all about it in this post and tell you how you can get bonus products as well.

 Para este mes de Octubre, el tema de la carterita era un estilo de encaje rojo con detalles en negro. En el zipper, un lindo murcieélago que trae el tema de Halloween. Este mes me encantoó todo lo que trajo la bolsita, claro lo primero que vií en ella fue el esmalte. Ademas, recibí un polvo compacto, delineador de ojos, bálsamo labial y una sombra de ojos. Hasta recibí un producto de bono! Al final de este post te cuento como adquirir estos productos extra en tu subscripción. 



Pretty Woman Nail Polish in Wine with Ice


I found this shade of nail polish to be perfect for the fall season. The formula is amazing, I can describe it as a jelly base and really pigmented. It is almost a one-coater, but of course, the perfectionist in me had to apply two. It is a deep burgundy shade that adds warmth to any look. 

El tono de esmalte que recibí este mes es perfecto para la temporada de otoño. La fórmula del esmalte, buenísima, puedo describirla como una base tipo jelly y super pigmantada. Es casi un esmalte de una sola capa, pero la perfeccionista en mi siempre aplica dos capas. Es un tono burgundy oscuro y la añade el toque cálido a cual cualquier look. 


It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Pressed Powder

Let me start by saying that I've been using this everytime I put makeup on. I fell in love with it immediately. You only need a little bit of it on a brush and it covers the whole face perfectly and with a natural look finish. 

Tengo que empezar diciendo que desde que probé este polvo compacto lo he estado utilizando cada vez que me maquillo. Me enamoré de inmediato. Con un poco de producto en una brocha es suficiente para todo el rostro y te da un acabado bien natural. 


Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Perversion

I just found my favorite eyeliner in the world. This applies effortless and the shade is the perfect black. I always use black eyeliner in my waterline and have to work it a bit to get the opacity I like, not with this one! I don't even need to hold the down part of my eyes in order to apply it. 

Este es mi nuevo delineador de ojos favorito. Se aplica tan fácil y el tono es un negro perfecto. A mi siempre me gusta aplicar delineador negro en la parte de abajo de los ojos, y cada vez que lo hago requiere un poquito de trabajo para que pinte bien. Ese no es el caso con este delineador, ni siquiera tengo que aguantar la parte de abajo del ojo para poder aplicarlo. 


Cute Balms Lip Balm in Vanilla

This is too cute. I mean, a macaroon?! They nailed it with this packaging. The product itself is great, and it has an amazing vanilla smell. It feels very good on the lips and very moisturizing. 

Hablemos del empaque. Que bello! Un macaroon!! De verdad que se la comieron con el empaque. El producto como tal es super bueno, bien hidratante para los labios y tiene un rico olor a vainilla. 




Dirty Little Secrets Cosmetics Eyeshadow in Bronzed

This eyeshadow is perfect for a party or a glam look. I would definitely wear it as a main shade for an eye look. It is very well pigmented and easy to apply. Super glam!

Esta sombra de ojos es perfecta para un look de fiesta. Yo definitivamente la usaría como tono principal para un look de ojos nocturno. Es bien pigmentada y fácil de aplicar. Bien glamorodsa!


And as for the Bonus Product... El Producto de Bono...

First I am going to tell you how you can score bonus products. Every time you receive your bag, you can log in into your account and write a review about each and every single product you received. Each review will give you points that you can redeem for free products! How great is that?! You can also earn point by referring your friends to Ipsy. Once you have enough points, you log in and redeem them for whichever products you will like in the redeem page, and you'll receive it in your next glam bag. This highlighter was for 500 points. So make sure you always review your bag so that you can gather as many points as you can and redeem them for the products that you love.

 Primero les voy a explicar como pueden recibir productos de bono en sus glam bags. Al recibir sus productos del mes, entren en su cuenta de Ipsy y escriban una reseña de cada uno de los productos que recibieron. Cada reseña les va a acumular puntos que luego pueden redimir por productos de su preferencia y recibiran su producto de bono en el glam bag del mes siguiente. Asi que asegúrense de reseñar, reseñar, reseñar, para así acumular muchos puntos y redimir. Ademas de las reseñas, el referir amigos a Ipsy también les acumula puntos. El highlighter que elegí era de 500 puntos.

And for the product, I am loving this highlighter like crazy. The color and shine are perfect and gives you that desirable glow.

Y para el producto, este highlighter me dejó enamorada. El color y brillo son espectaculares y dan ese glow que tanto queremos.
